Redlytics Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-12

Redlytics is operated by Nailsmith Investments LLC, doing business as Redlytics ("we", "us"), 3660 Briarcliff Road, Nashport, Ohio 43830. Questions about this notice go to support@redlytics.app or that postal address.

This notice explains what information we hold, where it comes from, who receives it, and what you can ask us to do. It covers three groups of people: visitors to this website, people who appear in the property records we compile, and the real estate professionals and public offices we work with.

1. This website

This site is a single page. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, uses no analytics and contains no forms or third-party embeds. We receive nothing about your visit.

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes your IP address and request details in order to serve the page and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy; we do not receive it.

If you email us, we keep your message and our reply.

2. People in our property records

Redlytics compiles records about real property and the people connected to it, mainly in Ohio. We do not collect this information from you and we never contact you ourselves. The information comes from four kinds of source:

  • Public government records, including county property records (parcels, owners' names and mailing addresses, transfers, permits and code-enforcement actions) and court and public filings (probate, eviction, foreclosure, civil cases), and state voter registration records, which we use only to match a name to a current address.
  • Listing information from a multiple listing service, obtained through our principal's membership as a licensed real estate agent.
  • Commercial data providers, from whom we license contact details such as telephone numbers (with their Do Not Call status) and email addresses.
  • Our own analysis of those records.

We organise and analyse these records to identify properties and owners that may be relevant to a real estate professional's business, for example properties that may come to market, and we build lists and reports from that analysis.

Who receives it. We provide these lists and reports, free of charge, to licensed real estate professionals. Redlytics is paid nothing for them; where a transaction results, a referral fee may pass between brokerages under a separate agreement, and our principal, a licensed real estate agent, may share in it through his brokerage. Recipients may use the information only in compliance with the law, including Do Not Call, anti-spam, fair housing and consumer-protection rules. Beyond those professionals, our service providers (section 4) and anyone we must disclose to by law, we do not share these records.

What our records are not. Our information is not a consumer report. It is not compiled for, and may not be used to decide, anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We are not a consumer reporting agency.

Children. Our records concern property ownership and are about adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 13.

3. Professionals and public offices we work with

For the real estate professionals who receive our lists we hold name, brokerage, business contact details, our correspondence with them and their replies to us. Every email we send carries a way to unsubscribe and our postal address; replying with a request to stop is enough.

For the public offices we request records from, we keep the office's contact details and our correspondence with it.

4. Service providers and where data is kept

Our records are kept on access-controlled systems in the United States and backed up to cloud storage. We use Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting, US data centre), Cloudflare, Inc. (website delivery and backup storage) and email service providers to operate the service. They process data only to provide those services to us.

5. How long we keep information

Public records remain public after we obtain them, and our records are built as a continuing history of each property. We therefore keep the records we compile for as long as we operate the service, and we do not remove individual records on request. Where a data provider's licence requires us to refresh or remove the data it supplied, we follow that licence.

Correspondence and the records in section 3 are kept for as long as we work with the person or office and as long as the law requires afterwards.

6. Your choices

Do not contact me. You can ask that no list or report we provide include you or your property. Email support@redlytics.app or write to the address above with your name and the property address. We apply the request to everything we produce after we receive it, and we keep a record of the request so that it stays in effect.

Where did this come from? You can ask us which kinds of source the information about you came from, and we will tell you.

Mistakes. If something in our records about you is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the source.

Residents of states with a consumer privacy law should know that information taken from government public records is generally outside those laws. If a state law gives you rights over information we hold about you, tell us which state you live in and we will respond as that law requires.

7. Changes to this notice

We will post any change here with a new version number and effective date.
